By subscribing to the Swiss Marketing Systems GmbH Service (hereinafter “Mailflatrate”), the User accepts to use it in compliance with the Mailflatrate Anti-Spam Policy stated below. The use of the Service is also subject to the applicable Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Mailflatrate with its registered office at: Neuhofstrasse 3A, 6340 Baar (ZG) , Switzerland (hereinafter: “Mailflatrate” or “we”) follows a zero tolerance spam policy and prohibits users from sending unsolicited emails in any form while using the Service. Mailflatrate participates in a number of industry initiatives, which promote responsible, permission-based email marketing.

How we protect our customers from spam and abuse:

  • Every customer agrees to our General Terms & Conditions before using our system. These describe, in detail, the use of our system and general regulations for email marketing.
  • To ensure that no unauthorised persons are using the contact details of a third party in order to register with us, every customer must enter their personal details such as firstname, lastname, email, address, company and telephone number. Every new customer account is activated by us personally. New user accounts are not activated automatically.
  • We provide an automatic unsubscribe service to all of our customers so that your recipient lists are always up-to-date and that no emails are sent unintentionally.

If you believe your data have been abused or you have been spammed, please notify abuse@mailflatrate.com.
Please send us your email adress, you have been spammed, the sender email adress and the date and time of getting this spam. So we will quickly handle your request.
