How can I delete my contacts?

Because Mailflatrate is a subscriber based plan mailing solution, it isn´t possible for our customers to delete contacts by their own. But if urgently like to delete some contacts, please contact our support team by using or contact form or send us an email to support@mailflatrate.com.

Is the registration really for free?

Yes, that´s right. You can register absolutly for free and use Mailflatrate up to 10,000 subscribers for free.

Where can I find the web forms?

At this moment the web forms are not visible for our customers. Mailflatrate is starting is preparing for an Update with more and high converting web forms. Please have a little patience.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments with credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express,…), PayPal and bank transfer.

Where can I view or change my billing information?

You can find your billing informations at “invoices”. To see each invoice, just click on “view”. To change your billing information, please contact our billing team by using or contact form or send us an email to support@mailflatrate.com.
